Unlock Hidden Battlefields:
Enter the Mayhem menu, highlight accept teams, and simultaneously press c and s, press select, select, select, select, start, start, start, s, s, c, then simulataneously press c and s. The words "All Levels will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen if you did the code properly.
